Checking in has never been easier. Our fully digital process lets you skip the front desk and head straight to your room. Here’s how it works:

How do I check-in online and activate my key?

No front desk, no waiting, no stress. You can check-in online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Complete your online check-in before your arrival and go directly to your room using your Digital Key.

 

Follow the following steps to complete it:

 

1. Verify guest IDs through the check-in online link
Before your arrival, you’ll receive an email to complete your online check-in.
All guests need to confirm their identity, just make sure to have all IDs or passports ready. 
You can also send an invite to the other guests in your booking so they can fill in their details directly.

2. Improve your stay
Make your experience even better! During the online check-in process, you’ll have the chance to upgrade your room, add extra services, or personalize your stay, all in just a few clicks.

3. Complete your payment
To continue, you’ll need to pay for any outstanding balance of your reservation. It’s a simple step to ensure everything’s set for your arrival. 
If you’ve already paid your agency for the accommodation, you might still see a small pending amount during the check-in process, which corresponds to the Resort Fee. A pre-authorization will also be made as an incidentals deposit, released upon 7 days after check-out, once your room has been verified.

4. Download your Digital Key
On the day of check-in, as soon as your room is ready, you’ll receive access to your digital key.  
You can share it with the other guests in your booking, and it gives you access to both the hotel entrance and your room. We recommend installing the Digital Key on your phone’s home screen to have quick access to your room key and the Guest Portal, where you can find all your stay details and contact us anytime, no app download required.

5. Access your Room with the Digital Key
Once your room is ready, you’ll receive a notification. From there, simply tap “Find my room” to see detailed directions on how to reach it. 
You’ll be able to locate your room easily and access it by holding your smartphone close to the door lock.

Is it best to check in online before arrival?
Absolutely. At Crest Hotel & Suites we offer a fully digital experience and checking in online is the easiest way to start your stay. It only takes a few minutes, and once completed, you'll receive your Digital Key to access both the hotel and your room.

When will I receive check-in instructions?
You can complete your online check-in as soon as you receive your confirmation email with the link. As your arrival date approaches, we’ll also send you a reminder. Please make sure to complete the process in advance, as full payment is required to receive your Digital Key.

When will I get my Digital Key?
Once your online check-in is complete, your Digital Key will be automatically activated on your arrival day, as soon as your room is ready.

What doors does the Digital Key open?
Your Digital Key gives you access to both the main entrance and your room. No keycards, no codes: just tap and enter.

What’s the room cleaning schedule?
Our cleaning service is provided at check-out only. For stays of three nights or longer, we offer cleaning every three days.

How do I request a folio or invoice?
If you booked directly with the Hotel, you may contact us at frontdesk@cresthotel.com . If you booked with one of our partners you can download your folio from their app or website.

Does the hotel pre-authorize my card?
Yes, a pre-authorization is placed on your card to cover incidentals or extras during your stay. The amount is released after check-out, once everything is verified.

What are the parking options?
There’s no free street parking in the area, but you’ll find nearby paid options, including street parking and public parking lots.

Can I receive mail or packages during my stay?
Unlike traditional hotels, we don’t have a staffed front desk, so we can’t guarantee someone will be here to receive packages for you. We recommend using a local mail carrier pickup location to keep your deliveries safe and secure

How can I request extra room essentials?
If you need any extra on-hand items we provide, like toilet paper or blankets, just let our Guest Services team know, and we’ll deliver them right to your room. Our team is on call, so please allow a little time for them to arrive.

Can I request extra beds?
While we don’t offer extra beds our suites include sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests. To find the right fit, use the search filters to specify the number of beds you need. The maximum occupancy for each room type, is clearly listed to help you plan your stay.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 4 PM | Check-out is by 11 AM
You can check in and out completely online. We’ll send you clear instructions before you arrive.
